At 46 64 Fitness, your level of fitness is as important to us as our own. Here’s what I do daily to ensure fitness remains a top priority:
4:00 AM: Start the day with a 45-minute ride on the stationary bike.
Late Morning: Hop on the elliptical for 30 minutes.
Early Afternoon: Take a 20-minute walk to reset and energize.
Evening: While watching TV, I focus on strength training, balance, stability, and stretching.
My daily goal is to hit 10,000 steps.
Now, I don’t share this to brag—I share it so you can see the level of commitment I have to my own fitness. I take fitness seriously, and I take it just as seriously when creating personalized programs for my clients.
